FRESHA in the Morning

During my quest of wanting to be healthy, there was this period of time when I would just start my day with a nice bottle of cold-pressed juice. Back then, I didn’t have the proper machine to make this particular kind of juice, so I ordered some freshly squeezed OJ online from a friend of mine.

Marsha, who owns an online cold-pressed juice shop named Fresha Juicery, is a friend of mine in AirAsia. Ever since I knew she hustle her way in business, I’ve been somewhat a regular customer of hers. Her cold-pressed juices are vibrantly amazing, not to mention healthy and very suitable for those in the progress of going vegan, or just simply pursuing a healthy life. 

If the phrase “you are what you eat” is true, then I’ll be a rainbow for consuming Fresha Jucicery’s cold-pressed juice. I mean, just look at them!

Fresha Juicery provides a wide variety of mixed fruit and vegetable juice on the go. They do delivery service and online orders through LINE and a website named, Lemonilo. I usually ordered mine via instant message. I usually go for the package of a random ten bottles of juice that costed me around 300K, minus the delivery fee. With a help from Go-Send, I woke up one morning greeted with a stocked fridge. 

I don’t have a favorite juice because I, simply, love them all. They are all freshly made! All of them are very sweet even though there’s no sugar, nor honey, added. Some are sweet, some are slightly sour, some are tasteless, it truly depends on what combination of ingredient in the juice. One time, I had me a “Special Request” juice, consisted of watermelon and chia seeds and it was awesome!

Asupan Imun dari Colette Lola

Berangkat kerja dari Terminal 3 itu menyenangkan, tapi lebih banyak bikin kepala pusingnya. Satu karena jalan dari imigrasi ke pesawatnya jauh, kedua karena banyaknya tempat jajan terkenal yang makanan dan minumannya aesthetically pleasing dengan harganya yang nggak terlalu bersahabat untuk dompet kaum medit seperti gue. Salah satu contohnya adalah Colette Lola. Iya, gengs, Colette & Lola buka cabang di bandara. Kurang keren apalagi Terminal 3?

Kemarin siang, saat gue tengah menunggu kedatangan pesawat yang akan gue terbangi dari Jakarta ke Singapur, gue mampir ke kiosnya Colette & Lola yang berlokasi berdekatan dengan Gate 8 dan Gate 9. Nyari nyari nyari, tapi nggak ketemu cemilan yang rendah kalori, rendah gula, dan rendah karbohidrat. Lalu pandangan gue tertuju kepada sederet menu dengan nama Sejuice Me's Healthy Juice. Seperti yang udah gue sebutkan di atas, harganya nggak terlalu bersahabat, berkisar antara Rp50.000,00 sampai Rp65.000,00. Sesungguhnya gue, pada saat itu, nggak lapar. Tapi mulut dan tangan rasanya gatal ingin jajan. Akhirnya, setelah menimbang-nimbang, pilihan gue jatuh pada sebotol cold-pressed juice dengan nama Immune Booster. Pas banget lagi butuh asupan imun.

Terbuat dari campuran apel, jeruk, dan nanas, dilengkapi dengan goji beri dan chia seed biar nggak bosen-bosen amat neguk, tapi juga bisa ngunyah. Total biaya yang gue keluarkan adalah Rp60.000,00 karena, ternyata, meskipun harga jus botolan ini lebih murah lima ribu rupiah, ternyata ada pajaknya. Berasa makan di restoran, ya.

Untungnya jusnya enak dan segar, nggak ngecewain. Meskipun jeruknya mendominasi, tapi apel dan nanasnya pun bisa terasa disetiap tegukan. Gue paling senang dengan butiran-butiran goji beri dan chia seed yang bisa dikunyah. Rasanya ibarat memakan coklat yang ada isian biskuit dan kacangnya.
