Soes, or Sus, is Indonesian for Puff Pastry. Puff Pastries are usually knuckle-sized and filled with cream, or ice cream, but not this one. Inside a pack of Walens Choco Soes are mini crunchy puff pastries filled with chocolate ganache. Those pastries are bite-sized, making it easier for you to gulp down a handful.
